What are basic fireworks safety tips for the 4th of July?
Freeburg Fireworks recommends staying at least 25 feet away from lit fireworks, never relighting a dud fuse, keeping water nearby, soaking spent fireworks before disposal, never holding fireworks in your hand, never aiming them at people, allowing plenty of open space, and being mindful of neighbors and pets.
How long has Freeburg Fireworks been in business?
Freeburg Fireworks is a family-owned business operating since 1985, now in its third generation, running two of the largest TNT fireworks locations in Washington State.
Is there a way to easily identify if a product will launch high in the air?
Yes. The insider trick is to read the “Caution” label and see if it says, “Emits Showers of Sparks,” or, “Shoots Flamming Balls.” Emits showers of sparks does just that. It is your more traditional low to the ground, spray fountain or flower pot style firework. They typical last longer (30 seconds to 3 minutes) and stay under 5 to 8 feet in the air. Shoots flamming balls will typically be a color ball that fades out (like Roman candles), or a shell that burst into a color display (like multi aerial or reloadables) and launch upwards 15 feet on the low end to over 100 feet for the largest reloadable shells.
How does the rating system work on the price tags?
The ratings are 0 to 4 and are different per category of fireworks type. For the fountains (Emits Showers of Sparks), a 1 is about a foot or two, a 4 is six to eight feet. For aerial fireworks (Shoots Flamming Balls), a 1 is about fifteen to twenty feet, a 4 is eighty or more feet. Not all 4’s for height are created equal!
Do fireworks go on deeper discounts later in the week? How about on the 5th of July?

TNT also offers a Blast Pass rewards program and will send special offers throughout the week. Continue to check each day for new specials. We also offer Buy One Get One deals and Wow! Specials on select items.
I just found out fireworks are illegal in my area. Do you accept returns?

You can also plan to join neighborhoods where it is legal to discharge and make friends with the neighbors. Be kind, respectful, and safe, and many neighborhoods that are already discharging fireworks will welcome you in to join them.
